That address reaches a person, not a ticketing system. Expect a reply within a couple of days, faster if you are stuck on a matchday.
Found something wrong in a brief?
This is the most useful email you can send us. Include the brief link and what was wrong, and we will fix the underlying ground data as well as sorting you out. If the brief was not worth what you paid, say so and we will refund it, as set out in the terms.
If a club has moved its away end, changed a bag rule or a pub has shut, tell us that too even if you did not buy anything. Fans spotting things is how this data stays honest.
Other reasons to write
- Refunds. Send the brief link and a line about what went wrong.
- Lost your brief. Send the email address you bought with and the fixture, and we will dig out the link. Briefs are kept for 90 days.
- Your data. Requests to see, correct or delete what we hold go to the same address. See the privacy notice.
- Supporters clubs and partners. If you run a supporters group or a fan site and want to work together, get in touch.
Who runs this
AwayDay Brief is built and run by one person, operating from Stockholm, Sweden, for fans travelling to games across England and Wales. It is not a company with a support department, which is why the email above goes straight to the person who wrote the ground data you are reading.
