Away fans go in at the South Gate turnstiles. Most of the away area is terracing in the PIB Insurance Stand, which the club reckon is the best of it for atmosphere, with a small block of 147 seats alongside. Every stand is covered. Away wheelchair users are put in the home end at the moment while the club redo their accessible facilities, so sort that with them in advance. They are happy for you to wear your colours, and ask you to be at the ground 45 minutes before kick-off.

Harrogate Town urge supporters not to bring bags to the EnviroVent Stadium because a stop-and-search policy operates at the turnstiles.

Harrogate station is a 25-minute walk, 1.1 miles across the Stray, and the bus station is right next to it. The number 7 stops outside the ground every 30 minutes, £2 for adults and £1 for kids, and the club say to show your match ticket to the driver for a discounted fare. Trains from Leeds run every half hour into Hornbeam Park, which is 1.3 miles and about 25 minutes out; York is hourly and takes half an hour. Starbeck is a 20-minute walk the other side. Driving, leave the A1(M) at junction 47 and follow the A59, A658 and A661 in, and expect the A661 to be slow. There is street parking round the ground but two-hour limits apply in places. Coaches and minibuses cannot drop off on Wetherby Road at all: they park at the Harrogate Sports and Fitness Centre on Hookstone Wood Road, HG2 8PN, a 15-minute walk away, at £20 a coach and £15 a minibus, paid before noon the day before.
