Elland Road

Away fans are in the John Charles Stand, the west side of the ground, tucked into the south-west corner. The allocation splits across two tiers and your ticket colour tells you which: yellow is the upper tier, blocks B1 to B4, black is the lower, blocks C15 to C17. You get in through the blue gates in the south-west corner off Elland Road, then entrances 1 and 2 for the upper tier or the Howards Entrance for the lower. Leeds are rebuilding the West Stand through 2026/27, so check the club's away guide before you travel in case the route in has changed.

Elland Road runs strict bag checks. Travel with an A4-size bag or smaller and leave larger bags at the station or hotel before heading to the ground.

Leeds station is about a 25 to 30-minute walk, mostly through Holbeck, so most away fans take the matchday shuttle bus that runs from Sovereign Street near the station. The shuttle drops you a short walk from the away end and is the smartest move both ways, particularly after dark.
