Away fans get the West Stand, which is a whole side of the ground rather than an end, so there is a proper away atmosphere here. Mostly it's standing terrace with a limited number of seats under cover, and Forest Green say plainly that the stand is uncovered, so check the forecast and dress for it. Go in through gates 9 and 10. The kiosk in there is vegan, like everything else at the ground.
Forest Green do not publish a bag rule for The New Lawn, so travel light and expect to be searched on the way in.

Get a train to Stroud and the number 63 bus from Stroud town centre. Check the time of the last 63 before you go: it's about 8pm Monday to Friday, so it will not get you home from a midweek game. For some weekend fixtures the club run a park and ride at GL5 5EY which opens at 12.30. Whatever you do, don't drive up Tinkley Lane to reach the ground, it's single-track and jams solid on a matchday. Turnstiles open at 1.30pm.
