Away fans get both a stand and a terrace at the Mem, so check which your ticket is for, and there's a separate away fanzone outside. Six accessible spaces are set aside for away fans and a wheelchair user's carer goes free. Ambulant disabled fans, home or away, have an area in the covered South Stand next to the accessible toilets.

Bristol Rovers do not publish a bag rule for the Mem, so travel light and expect to be searched on the way in.

Ashley Down on Muller Road is the nearest station and about 20 minutes on foot, with regular trains from Bristol Temple Meads and Gloucester. Filton Abbey Wood and Montpelier are the next nearest, both under 3km. The bus is the easy option: stops are 50 metres from the ground on Filton Avenue and the 72, 73, 74 and 77 give you seven to nine buses an hour on a matchday, with the 17, 71, 75, 76 and T2 at the top of Gloucester Road. Rovers are blunt about driving: there's no parking at the ground on a matchday, parking nearby is often not possible, and they won't recommend streets because it's all residential. Don't park on Horfield Common, it's a byelaw offence. Central Bristol has a Clean Air Zone too, £9 to £100 if your car doesn't comply. If you must drive, the Tesco on Lime Trees Road (BS6 7XW) is a 15-minute walk, or park at Parkway North and take the 71 south to Churchways Avenue.
