Away fans are in the north east corner of the Doug Ellis Stand, across both tiers: block Q below, block P above. Lower tier goes in at turnstiles Q91 to Q96B, upper tier at P87 to P89, and the upper is 64 steps up from ground level to the concourse. If you're running late, Q96 and P89 stay open until the second half has started. The visitors' ticket office is on Witton Lane, opposite the away coach park.

Villa Park applies a stadium-wide bag policy. Current matchday guidance says bags larger than 20cm by 15cm by 5cm are not allowed onto the stadium footprint, and all bags are searched. Villa are blunt about the rest: there is no storage of any kind for a bag that fails, so it goes back to wherever you came from.

Witton station is the closest at about 8 minutes from the away turnstiles, with direct services from Birmingham New Street. Aston station is a similar 10-minute walk on the other side of the ground but jams up after big games, so Witton is the smoother exit. The Holte pub right by the ground is home-only, drink near Witton or in central Birmingham and ride out from New Street.
