Ewood Park away guide

Blackburn Rovers away end

Away fans are in the Bryan Douglas Darwen End, behind the goal, and the away ticket office is on that stand. Turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off and the club asks you to be in by 45 minutes before at the latest. Dropping off by car or taxi, use the Velvet Street point for the Darwen End: Kidder Street serves the Blackburn End at the other end of the ground.

Ewood Park bag policy

One small bag each, nothing bigger than A4, and everything you carry is inspected on the way in. Anything you buy from the Roverstore comes in a club bag and is fine to bring through.

Getting to Ewood Park: nearest station

Mill Hill is the closer station, a mile out, which the club call a 10-minute walk. Blackburn is a mile and a half and they say 20 minutes, with direct trains from Manchester Victoria, Salford Crescent and Preston. The 1 and the 2 buses serve stops around the ground every 10 minutes. Roads around the stadium shut for 15 minutes after full time, so driving is the slowest way out.
