St Andrew's away guide

Birmingham City away end

Away fans are in the Gil Merrick Stand behind the goal, which Birmingham share between home and visiting supporters, with a concourse and kiosks of your own. Entry is digital and contactless, so have the ticket on your phone and charged. Official away coaches park right next to the away turnstiles, and the club's supporter liaison team stand there in purple tabards if anything goes wrong.

St Andrew's bag policy

St Andrew's @ Knighthead Park does not allow large bags over 12in by 6in by 12in. Small clutches and clear bags within the published limits are permitted, with medical and changing bags screened.

Getting to St Andrew's: nearest station

Bordesley is the closest station at about 8 minutes from the away turnstiles but the service is sparse, check before you travel. Birmingham New Street is a 25-minute walk or a short bus hop on the 60 from town. The ground sits in Small Heath, about a mile and a half out from the city centre. If you were thinking of driving, there is no away supporter parking at the ground at all, so book somewhere secured in advance. Inside, the away concourse is card only, and they do sell alcohol in there alongside the pies and burgers. The whole ground is smoke-free, e-cigarettes included.
