Vicarage Road

Away fans are in the Vicarage Road Stand, at the opposite end to the Rookery, in the blocks the club label VRS on their own stadium map. The turnstiles for that stand are numbered 14 to 19, on the Vicarage Road side, with an accessible entrance among them, and they open 90 minutes before kick-off. The map also warns there is no way through between the upper Graham Taylor tier and the Rookery inside the ground, so get the right side before you go in.

Vicarage Road operates an A4 bag policy. Bags bigger than A4 are not permitted into the ground unless taken to the bag drop and searched.

Watford High Street (Overground) is about a 10-minute walk to the away turnstiles and the closer of the two stations. Watford Junction (Overground and National Rail) is a 20-minute walk but has direct services from Euston, useful if you're coming from further afield. Watford also has its own tube station on the Metropolitan line, a little under a mile out. The ground shares its streets with Watford General Hospital, so the area gets busy on matchday, factor that in.
