Away fans are in the East Stand, and Blackpool's own stadium map marks it restricted view, so expect a pillar between you and something. You go in at turnstiles 18 to 21 or 22 to 25 depending on your ticket, and you cannot use any other one. Most turnstiles shut 15 minutes after kick-off, but 18 and 22 stay open for 30 minutes, and after that a steward will let you in through the exit gate next to any turnstile. Once you are in you cannot leave and come back. Away tickets and collections are at the away ticket booth outside the Blackpool FC Hotel on Bloomfield Road, and if there is a pay on the gate option it runs from turnstile 20. Away fans are welcome in the Matthews Suite if you fancy hospitality. Drums are not allowed.

Blackpool ask that bags are no bigger than A4 and they search strictly on the way in, which queues the turnstiles, so get there early. Umbrellas are not allowed in at all.

Blackpool South is the nearest station at a mile out, and it passes Pleasure Beach on the way in, but trains only run hourly from Preston. Blackpool North has far more services and the club put that at a 25-minute walk. From the town centre it is 15 to 20 minutes on foot, following the signs for Blackpool Football Club towards Seasiders Way. Buses 5, 6, 7, 11 and 68 run from the town centre bus station, and the promenade trams leave you 10 to 15 minutes away. Driving, the sat nav postcode is FY1 6JJ and the club route visiting supporters off the M6 at J32 onto the M55, right to the bottom, second exit at the roundabout and straight down Yeadon Way onto Seasiders Way. On-site parking is almost nothing, so use the council pay and display over the road at Lonsdale Road or Bloomfield Road, sat nav FY1 6HX, paid through PayByPhone. The machines there are coin only and give no change. Afterwards, Bloomfield Road and the roads off it close for about 15 minutes while the crowd clears.
