The visiting entrance is Turnstile D, and West Ham want you coming in over Bridge 4, which is the one with lift access. Searches happen on the bridge itself rather than at the turnstile, so the queue starts earlier than you would expect. There's a supporter liaison point outside opposite Turnstile D, and ticket collections are at windows 19 and 20 of the main ticket office by the Stadium Store, on photo ID.

Bags must be A4 size or smaller, with a 100% bag search policy in force. Searches happen on the bridges as you approach the stadium, and there are no left luggage facilities.

Stratford (Central, Jubilee, Elizabeth line, Overground, National Rail) is the hub, a 15-minute walk in through Westfield and the Olympic Park. Going home is the awkward bit: away fans are fenced off on their own route outside the ground, and getting back to Stratford means a long loop round the service roads rather than the way you came. Build in the extra twenty minutes rather than sprinting for a train.
