The Valley away guide
The away end is the Jimmy Seed Stand behind the goal, a single tier that stands apart from the rest of the ground, and its ticket office is where away collections go inside the last two hours before kick-off. Turnstiles open 90 minutes before: 1.30pm for a three o'clock, 6.15pm for a 7.45. The Valley is cashless, and the nearest cash machines are back outside Charlton station.
The Valley permits soft-sided bags up to A4 size. Larger bags, holdalls, suitcases, luggage and hard-sided containers are not permitted, and all bags are searched.

Charlton station is about a 4-minute walk to the away turnstiles, with direct Southeastern services from London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross. North Greenwich (Jubilee line) is a 20-minute bus on the 161 or 486 if you're coming from the West End and don't fancy the rail change. The walk back to the station after full time empties cleanly.
