The Valley away guide
The away allocation sits in the Jimmy Seed Stand (South Stand), behind the goal at the south end of the ground. The block runs across the lower deck. Charlton typically offer around 2,500 to 3,000 away seats for league fixtures. Away turnstiles are off Floyd Road, signposted on the short walk in from Charlton station.
The Valley permits soft-sided bags up to A4 size. Larger bags, holdalls, suitcases, luggage and hard-sided containers are not permitted, and all bags are searched.

Charlton station is about a 4-minute walk to the away turnstiles, with direct Southeastern services from London Bridge, Cannon Street and Charing Cross. North Greenwich (Jubilee line) is a 20-minute bus on the 161 or 486 if you're coming from the West End and don't fancy the rail change. The walk back to the station after full time empties cleanly.
