Visiting fans are in the North Stand. Buy before you travel: Colchester don't sell tickets at the turnstiles and send away fans to their own club for them. The whole ground is cashless too, so bring a card or your phone.

Colchester do not publish a bag rule for the JobServe, so travel light and expect to be searched on the way in.

Colchester station is on the London to Norwich mainline, 50 minutes from Liverpool Street, but the club put the walk to the ground at 45 minutes via Mile End Road, Nayland Road and Boxted Road. The Park and Ride bus leaves you within a 10-minute walk instead. Check the timetable if it's a midweek 7.45pm kick-off: those buses stop running before full time, so you would be walking back. Driving, the stadium car park holds nearly 700 but is pre-book only at £7.50 through colutickets.com, read off your number plate at the barrier. The Park and Ride car park across the A12 (CO4 5YX) is a 5 to 10 minute walk and can only be reached via Boxted Road, and there's no way through between United Way and Boxted Road.
