The away allocation sits on the Bycars End (Hamil Road End), behind the goal. The block runs across the historic terraced end. Port Vale typically offer around 1,800 to 2,200 away places for league fixtures, larger than the League Two norm given Vale Park's 15,000 capacity. Away turnstiles are off Hamil Road, signposted on the walk in from Burslem.

Longport is the nearest station with the 4 or 4A bus connecting to Burslem and the ground roughly every 15 minutes. Stoke-on-Trent station is a 30-minute bus journey via the 3 or 4. Driving in off the A50 is easy with on-street parking around Hamil Road. Build a Burslem pottery walk into the day if you're early.
