LNER Community Stadium

Away fans go in either the West Stand overflow, blocks WH and WI, or the North Stand, and which one you get depends on how many of you are expected. Both are covered seating. If the away section sells out the club open more blocks: usually West Stand WF and WG, or WH and WI in games where the North Stand was the away end to start with. The ground only opened in 2021, so it is all seated and modern, with the food and drink in the concourse.

York do not publish a bag rule for the LNER Community Stadium, so travel light and expect to be searched on the way in.

York station is in the city centre, around three miles from the ground at Monks Cross, with buses straight from outside it. The most frequent is First York's Park and Ride service 9, every 12 minutes from the city centre. There is also the Y22 shuttle from Stonebow, set up with the Supporters' Trust, running from two hours before kick-off until the ground clears, up to 90 minutes after full time, at £3.50 return paid to the driver. For night games First York add services and the last one leaves Monks Cross Park and Ride at 10pm. Driving is the awkward part: the council have put restrictions on the local roads and some residential streets, the 400 matchday spaces at Monks Cross Park and Ride have to be pre-booked through the club's ticketing site, and parking in other local car parks is not allowed. Vangarde Shopping Park has its own new restrictions. If you are getting a taxi, use the North car park.
