Away fans are seated in the Whitby Morrison Ice Cream Van Stand, which holds 1,680. Crewe won the first League Two Away Fan Experience award, so it is a decent one to visit. Tickets go to your own club to pre-sell, most clubs can now also sell through Crewe's own site, and anything left is at the away ticket office on the day. Entry is by barcode, printed or on your phone. Coaches drop off and pick up outside the away end on Gresty Road, free of charge.
Bags larger than A4 (210mm × 297mm) aren't permitted and there's no bag storage at the ground. All bags are searched on entry.

Crewe station is a 2-minute walk to the away turnstiles, you can see the floodlights from the platform. The major rail junction means direct trains from London Euston, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and beyond. Walking back at full time is immediate. Driving in off the M6 J16 is easy with on-street parking around the ground.
